Load Secondary Jars like Citizens & Heroes

    Im working on a private plugin, and I require loading secondary jars.
    jars will be located in "/plugins/<pluginname>/updates/(name).jar
    I would like to know how to load the jar file like citizens or heroes do.
    Any help will be appreciated.;
