Remove the "essentials.signs.buy" and "essentials.signs.sell" nodes because they already have that permission from "essentials.signs.*" Also, I don't think "essentials.chat.shout" is a permission node. If you mean the /broadcast command, do "essentials.broadcast" Can you pastebin the console error also? It helps pinpoint the exact error.
