Linux installation broke H2 files?

So when I wiped my hard drive and installed linux on my servers machine iconomy and big brother were no longer working. I had thought it was because I also updated to build 1000, but I just removed the H2 files and it worked.

Is there any way to restore them though? Big brother isn't as important, but I really don't want to lose my players iConomy balances.

Nevermind I figured it out. I just put in the minecraft.h2.db but didnt put the mineecraft.trace.db back in the folder.
