Lighting Bukkit Plugin

    I am coding a Bukkit Plugin for my server and I need help.
    I can not figure out how to spawn lighting on a certain block.
    This would make any kind of block glow.
    If someone could help me, please comment on this thread.
    I have searched google for a while and found nothing.
    Please help
