    1. What OS are you using (Brand and version - Ex. Windows XP SP3)?
    win 7 ultimate
    2. What architecture is the OS you are running (x64 or x86)?
    86 i guess,
    3. What version and architecture is your java install? (Type: java -version in command prompt.)
    1.6.0-23-b05

    4. Are you running any wrappers? McMyAdmin, mcadmin, Hamachi, etc?
    later->
    5. What build of CraftBukkit are you running? (do NOT say latest. Say the build number.)
(Linux users: zgrep -i version craftbukkit.jar)
    260?

    6. What command are you using to run your CraftBukkit server?
have tried more possibilities, currently only -Xmx1024M -Xms1024M -jar
    7. What plugins are you running?
movecraft creativ and magiccarpet, but i tried to turn them off

    9. What have you tried already?
    10. Have you tried any of the things below?

okay so my problem is, people connecting to my server complain about huge lags

i tried original notch multiplayer server, bukkit, and mcadmin

only with mcadmin there were no lags, even on original it was laggy

but with mcadmin i cant get any plugins, i dunno why, and i heard rumor about mcadmin so...

previously during alpha, i used hey0 mod with this same config....oh wait, i had vista at that time....but no other changes, and it was lagless....

so...what to do to use bukkit without lags?

Lags shouldn't be a problem of craftbukkit, too many running server without them... If you got more ram, change the java start command to -Xmx2G or 3G, dunno what you have. java, os and cb version looks ok, but try 232 to be sure, I run that and its perfect.

NO youn cannont use your whole ram well you could set it to whole ram but expect your pc to before very poor as you start loosing needed system memory to fuel your OS needs.

I would recommend you keep 1gig min to the OS at all times.

also Mcadmin is terrible it was quite laggy with out craftbukkit I don't suggest you ever use this and only use it for backup server instead of vanilla and only if you must do so.
