Keeping bukkit with plugins up to date

I was wondering if your bukkit updates its build itself or if u have to redownload it and the plugins to get it a higher build. Can someone please explain

 

For the time being there's a plugin that keeps the CB and B plugins updated, but not individual plugins. You will have to wait until they finish fill.bukkit.org

 

so i need to keep constantly updating?

 

Yes

But if you find a build and versions of plugins that you like, you don't have to keep the most up to date version.

Considering Bukkit isn't released yet, its far from annoying. Its awesome they are working on it so steadily.

 

every time a download a new build of bukkit do i need to change the server.properties?
