Solved Item Frames

Okay so I am using a plugin to make it so players can not remove items from item frames, but this plugin does not protect it from explosions.

Anyways I am trying to make a plugin which will make it so item frames do not explode and the item in it does not fall out.
I have already made it so they do not explode, BUT the item still falls out. How do I make it so the item can not fall out of an item frame?

Never mind... I found that entity damage event works.
