In need of RankGUI plugin

    I was wondering if anyone would be happy enough to make me a RankGUI type plugin for my server?
    Server: 1.7.10 Thermos Build 1614

    /rank (ign)
    or
    /grant (ign)

    So if it was Notch
    /rank Notch
    Opens a GUI, with all the ranks configured, and i can select a rank to set their rank as.

    Ranks can be added in the config.
    for example..

    owner:
    item: WOOL
    item-data: 15
    display-name: "&4&lOwner"
    lore:
    - "&eClick me to grant the &4Owner&e rank!"
    commands:
    - "manuadd {PLAYER} Owner"
    position-x: 1
    position-y: 2
