IMPORTANT! NEED HELP! SERVER GLITCH!

    I recently reloaded my server and it seems to have frozen everyones xp bar, but when you go into an enchantment table it shows the real level. I really need help with this, I need it fast so if anyone can help me, or at least leave some advice on this that would be great :).
