This would be a simple plugin to write. A lot of players are requesting /home and /spawn on many servers, however, for roleplaying servers to use these commands freely ruins the rp dynamic. It would be great if someone could create a plugin that charges players a few iconomy credits for every time they used /home and /spawn. Moreover, to be able to configure it with a yaml file to set the costs would be great. If there is already a plugin available that does this, could someone please share? Thanks.
Check out boosCooldowns.c http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/booscooldowns/ It allows you to charge players to use commands. You can setup a warmup time and cooldown as well.
