I wish they wouldn't of changed the coding!

Wow, becuase they changed the coding, and made it so you actually have to update plugins now, I download Beta Build, Updated a good majority of my plugins, and my server WOULD NOT WORK. I tried everything, but now because I have to update all of the plugins, the shops for Essentials won't work, ModTRS won't work, everything WILL NOT work even though I have the correct plugin version [excpet ModTRS it's never updated] So can someone help me fix all of this!?
