   I need to know how to add change weather and change time permission in a rank with group manager i had try to do /mangaddp VIP essentials.time.set.* , essentials.weather.change.* , essentials.sun and essentials.day but nothing Please Help me

   There are permission nodes at http://wiki.ess3.net/wiki/Command_Reference, there you can find all the permission references. but here are some nodes that might work for you
   - essentials.time.set
   - essentials.weather
   - bukkit.command.toggledownfall
