I can't use puu.sh links.

So I've noticed a lot more of these links, I used to think they were just broken links, but now I know I just can't use any puu.sh link and I don't know why. I have adblock turned off, no firewall, I looked up why it might be happening but it seems that no one else has this problem or has asked about it. So I have no idea what to do.
