Problem/Bug I cant move while flying on my server ?

hey so i randomly stopped being able to walk completely on my minecraft server, but then i removed all the player data files inside the essentials 'user data' file, and i was able to walk again, but whenever i fly, which i am able to, it will freeze me in that place, and i cannot move but i can stop flying and move normally. Anyone got a solution ? (If you need my files configs etc i can show you them)
