Problem/Bug i can't let some staff destroy in global WorldGuard

HI, i have a big problem i did in worldguard that people cannot break block but i want to allow some stafff to break block etc in world guard i have pex when i do /rg addmember __global__ g:Mod for mod is doesnt work they still cant break (* sorry for bad english)

also i want in __global__

and i want also they can put block for mod or staff

i want to know also if we can ban item in a specique world in banitem
