I Can't Do PVPa And Brake Blocks On Survival On My Own Server

    I have a minecraft Bukkit server but i can not do pvp or either brake blocks on survival but i can on creative.

    I think the plugin Essentials is causing theses proplems.

    Can somewone Help Me please.
