HungerBar depletes very fast

Hunger Bar depletes so fast, when Im running 2 or 3 minutes it's almost empty..


Here is the list of plugins that I have.

I have the same problem, along with air bubbles underwater sometimes going down too fast.

 

Ive heard the water bubbles is server lag but also appreantly NoLagg and NoCheat+ are causing some of the problems but they are fixed in the latest version. Also for food levels keep in mind that each food gives you a limited time of hunger as shown here on the wiki: http://www.minecraftwiki.net/wiki/Food
