Hunger Games teams

Ok Hello Developers i am requesting a plugin that is hunger games where people can do /team <playername> and they will be teamed.
Here are the features i would like:
*A working Hunger Games Plugin with a deathmatch
*A command doing /team <playername> and then unteaming for deathmatch and not letting 3 people team
*A command so i can add an arena
*A /stats command
*A 1 minute Grace Period
*A voting system
*Auto Generated loot in chests
