Question How to remove Bukkit based chat?

Hey guys. So I don't know if this is Bukkit, but I think it is because no plugin is doing it.

There's 2 text appearing onscreen when one chats as shown in the picture.

I have HeroChat

@timtower I checked the config, and I can't find anything that might be associated with the problem.

I checked some of the threads about this problem and found on multiple to "Remove the simple chat component" I don't know what a component is in a server is or what the simple chat component does.

So what's simple chat comonent?
What's the faction chat that could be interferring?

I checked my essentials config and removed the chat formatting
I also tried removing essentials chat.
