How to keep my End World when turning off Craftbukkit?

I've been having a glitch on my server caused by crafbukkit that causes lava to rain down from the sky, even after disabling all mods it still occurs. So I'm planing on just switching the server to plan vanilla but when I do it resets my End world. I have no mods that currently change the End so I'm not sure why its doing this. How would I save my End file from the mods and move it to my Vanilla maps?
