How to Enable PermissionsEx?

    I have a server, and I have made permissions and they are not working? http://pastebin.com/TsApvQr2
    I looked into FTP and it said that PermissionsEx is DISABLED I dont know how to enable it?

    @RiseCraft Check the indentation in the file, it is very broken.

    @RiseCraft No, indentation is the space between left and right.
    Sometimes you have 4 spaces, on other spaces you have 8
    In the same list.

    @timtower Now its fixed, I go into the game and now its not letting me /pex when I do it nothing pops up?

    Not only spaces...


    @RiseCraft
    No tabs, just spaces. Then throw it in a yaml validator (here, here or google) and try to fix it. If you don't understand an error, ask here again.
