How to disable essentials commands in favour of Vanilla

Hi ! I have a minecraft server on spigot 1.8.8 and I want to execute the command /kill @e and /tp (with rotation) but it does'nt work because of essentials. I have search on the page of essentials and they say this : Cool Changes: Add support for vanilla /clear and /exp syntax, afk/muted status in /seen, can now disable Essentials commands in favour of vanilla ones.

But I don't know how I can disable those commands for make works Vanilla commands, please help me. (Sorry for my poor english, i'm french)

Or find a plugin for those things : afk, join & quit message, invsee, chat (Something like that [Username] -> Tchat), jail

If someone is like me I've the answer, type /minecraft:[command] and it will work, (exemple : /minecraft:tp x y z (xrotatition) (yrotation)
