How do i make a cooldown? skripts

    on right click on a sign:
    if line 2 of event-block is "&a[secret]":
    make console execute command "kb kitunlocker give %player% "

    Im very new to skripts and i was wondering

    1. If i did this right
    2. How do i add a 1 day cooldown where they can only get a kit unlocker once a day!
