Solved How do i COMPile a plugin

hey I just wanna compile a plugin from source the guy who made the plugin isn't giving out the jars he says compile it urself how do i compile i'm getting some erroR and it is
[ERROR] failed to exuceute goal org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-compiler-plugin:3.8.1:compile (default-compile) on project project: Fatal error compiling java.lang.NoSuchFieldError: Class com.sun.tools.javac.tree.JCTree$JCImport does not have member field 'com.sun.tools.javac.tree.JCTree quialid' --> help 1

I reinstalled java.
