Houses/Apartments plugin or update

hi i'm slightly new to plugin requests but i do have a good one my idea already has been made into a plugin this

extra feature:
my idea for it is like in a way there infinite rooms( like idk what server it was but it had like a feature were each play had there own world it looked like a floating island wear they could do what they wanted) im looking for a similar feature but make it so they can only decorate and add what they want but not break the original structure idk if this is possible but id love that to be a thing thanks to for reading.
