Hide player 1.13.2

    Hello. I've tried to hide a player from another, but that player can obstruct block placing . If the hidden player is in a location a block can't be placed there. Thanks for your help.

    Why on 1.8.8 it does not work like that? Is there a way to fix that?

    @timtower I'm not sure if Player#hidePlayer(Player) already does this but would sending an info packet with argument REMOVE_PLAYER stop that? Or would the server still know that the player is there? If so, how is this possible?
    EDIT: I'm mostly asking if it's possible, because i'm guessing that the server will still know, since packets are client side.

    The question is which side is preventing the block from being placed. Is it the server or the client?
