So I am creating a plugin which makes better tnt explosions, so when a tnt block explodes then it scatters blocks in a radius (config), I was wondering how you would do this in a simple way? I guessed you have to implement listener but I was wondering just the method in doing this, no spoon-feeding please, because I'd like to learn myself
