Problem/Bug Help setting player groups with builtkit permissions

Hi, I am using Tekki essentials and I did "use-bukkit-permissions: true". I made the different player groups with the correct permissions in the permissions/yml, but I am having the issues of all the players being stuck in no group with no permissions. player setgroup and a few other commands did not work. Please help! Thanks!

Update: I would like to try:

users:
playerName:
permissions:
#none here all from group
groups:
- Player

But everywhere I put it does not seem to work I have tried the essentials config file, the buildkit.yml file and the permissions.yml file. I am completely stumped!

 

Hi tintower! I do not think that there is a LuckPerms for tekkit classic on their website. Is there no way to do this with my current ecosystem? I have no problem manually adding each player.
