Solved Help! server error

hello,
my friend had a server that gets this error

and we don't know what this means. also, the hosting website says that the srever is online but if someone wants to join the server, they can't (can't connect to server) can someone please help us?

 

@timtower my friend is the owner but i can go in the console ect, if the plugin is buggy, should we reinstall it or do something else? and http://pastebin.com/E9UqBfKG this is the paste bin

 

@timtower thats the only thing what comes in the console, its just this error over and over again

 

Stop your server.
Start your server.
When it's fully started, stop it again.
Go in to your server files.
Go to the logs folder.
Open the file called latest.log.
Copy and paste the contents at http://pastebin.com/.
Post it there and then link the URL here.

i got some comments on spigot on my threat and they said to delete coreprotect, i did that and i didn' get any errors anymore but if i open my minecraft and i go to my servers, i can not connect to the server

oh the server ip just changed i just saw... xD i hanged the srever ip in my minecraft and i can join again thank you for al your help!!
