Filled help menu with Permissions

hey. this is a plugin request for a help menu plugin working with permissions.

Minecraft version: latest version

Suggested name: PermissionHelpMenu

What I want:

• the Plugin must have one file or several files with help menues standing there kinda like:

1. [name of the help menu]: (tittle of a new file if several files)
2. page [number]:
   
3. - (what you want
   
4. - to be standing
   
5. - in here)
   
6. -
7. -
8. permission: [Phx.helpmenu.[name of the help menu]]

Ideas for commands and permissions:

• /help (for the help menu of your group) [page number] - Phx.helpmenu.[name of the help menu]
• /help [name of a help menu] [page number] (in case that there are more than one for your group)
