/help command

    When i type /help on my server it only shows essentials commands and there are diffrent ones there,
    i am using group manger.

    thanks:D

    ow grate now it lets the user use LWC when i don't want him toD: can' ti just get it to work!

    when i put it to true all commands came up even ones from difrent groups when i told it not to do that.
