HELP Bind a domain to a Server IP, and bind register [Dutch/English]

I am running a hamachi server for quite some time now (at least a couple years!).
And I have already quite some players.
But now I want to go to the next level.
Like all populair server.
A week ago I set up an forum/website with help by a website 'www.forumgratis.nl' (free forum).
There, people can create free forums.

I have hamachi server (IP = 5.174.226.240:25565, I have port forwarded) and a domain [Dutch]: http://roycraft.forumgratis.nl/ (btw forumgratis means freeforum)
The adminpanel is provided by phpBB.
If you want I can make you admin/moderator of the site.
I know I must have an A record and something with a DNS?
But I can't find the A record on the adminpanel and I don't know what a DNS is.
I want finally that players on my hamachi network can connect to roycraft.forumgratis.nl:25565.

Also I want that Players first must register on roycraft.forumgratis.nl before they can do something on the server, exactly what this plugin does: http://forums.bukkit.org/threads/we...ylist-connection-server-forum-1-0-1-r1.53249/

But I dont know how its works.

I have since a week ago my first website, sow I am quite a n00b in this.
