Help asked for scoreboard commandblock

Hey,
I am creating a minigame with commandblocks only.
Its in my server which has got multiple worlds.
Its a minigame where you can play team deathmatch 4 vs 4 with some other extras.
I tried to do it myself but then this happend:
I set the total kill counter to the sidebar. But then it was showing for the whole server. I want to show it just for those who are in the minigame (in another world). So if someone can help me, here are the things i want:

I am running Craftbukkit 1.6.4

• Team Red and Blue. (Show the team color in TAB and above your player)
• Show top kills in the sidebar
• Show health with the belowName slot
• This may not be displayed in other worlds. (Except the TAB team color names)

Please send me some commands or maybe a world with some commandblocks who can show it to me how it works.
