   Ok so, recently I bought a monthly server and im creating a Harry Potter server. i added plugins and stuff and everything works well until i remembered i need to download a harry potter spells plugin so i found this WHICH fits exact to what i need. until when i downloaded it and go on the server, i try the /teach command and it says no such command. I delete it from plugin folder and do it again exacly how i did to the other working plugins but still doesnt work. I need this plugin otherwise theres no point in doing this server i already built half of hogwarts and all of diagon alley but this plugin is stopping me from proceeding.
   
   PLEASE help!!!!
