I only have one external ip address, but multiple network cards on the server. It's realted to the network card you want it to bind to (to put it the easiest). This way you could configure ONE to perhaps run internally... on the wireless... while the other one is on the hardwired connection. WIth only one network card, the IP address is the same, and multiple servers can be defined by just using ports. However if you run multiple network cards you can use this line to tell it exactly which one to use for that particular instance. ... in which case you really don't require this guide.
