You want a professional GUI, but for free? That my friend, is what we call a contradiction. While I disagree with @PhonicUK on a lot of matters, if you want the support and feature set that MCMyAdmin offers, but without the cost, you are, well, crazy. Most of the hardcore server operators do not need such tools, so it's highly unlikely anyone will take up the task for you.
