GroupManager Vs. PEX

    It depends on how big or advanced your server is. If you have servers hooked up with BungeeCord I would use PermissionsEx because it offers MySQL support. If you have a smaller server, I would use GroupManager. (I personally don't like GroupManager because it gave a bunch of problems when I ran my last server.) The choice is totally up to you though.
