Problem/Bug Group Manager Troubles!

So, im ready to launch my server.
One problem, Group Manager.
So, i've done all the group manager prefixes, commands everything done correctly.
Yet it shows i am "User" and it wont let me add myself to "Owner"

how can i fix it!

 

What commands exactly are you using to move yourself to Owner?

 

/manuadd <Username> Owner.
I think its to do with me being set as "Null" when i was testing commands, is that the problem? if so how do i get out of such a thing.

Can you show us your startup log?

 

If you're on 1.10 I don't think GroupManager works anymore, however please post your log as AlvinB said.

To find your latest.log:

Stop your server.
Start your server.
When it's fully started, stop it again.
Go in to your server files.
Go to the logs folder.
Open the file called latest.log.
Copy and paste the contents at http://pastebin.com/.
Post it there and then link the URL here.

I hope it works, as its the only think i know how to use, also, ive spent a good second doing it.

Group Manager works, as i have "User" on my name, again something to do with me setting my self as NULL? maybe that is it, i don't know. You Guys are the experts!

Ive tested it on other players, it doesn't do anything.
again when they spawn they are "User" but when i try to do /manuadd it doesn't do anything.
it doesn't even say an error message!

Please let me know how i can fix this, and if it doesn't work.... tell me what the next best thing is (if it works along side essentials and the enjn plugin)

 

Try switching to EssentialsX, and using EssentialsXGroupManager instead of the old one.
