Plugin Help GriefPrevention Area Title

Hi,
Right now when you enter claimed area which was created with GriefPrevention plugin there is no popup/ chat message that lets you know that you entered someones area. Is there a way to add it?
I want it to work similar as in factions plugin, it displays faction title and description when entering claimed area.

If there is already a way to do this pls let me know how.

If not maybe someone can make simple plugin for this?
