Greeting message repeats itself

Howdy guys,
everytime i use one of my Multiverse Portals and get in/out of an area with a greeting flag (worldguard) there is a chat outpot that says "allow" and the greeting message from the last area triggers even tho im leaving that area.

Also when i enter a area with a greeting flag via a multiverse portal, the greeting message repeats itself

Does anyone know how to fix this? There is no console output btw.
