Golden Tools/Armor Durability

Hey guys!

Does anybody know or can make a plugin where i can just simply change the gold tools durability in the config?It would be awesome.It could use spout features too!

would be also nice too if i could set what oreblock can a goldpickaxe break

I have tried and I dont know if this is really possible. I can set the durability of a single item on command or something but I dont know about an entire type. Ill keep looking but if anyone else can do it feel free.
