/give for non-ops

    Hey I was wondering if there was a way people could use /give but not be an op? I have Bukkit and I'm guessing theres a plugin for this or something. If someone could help, that'd be great. After I find something like this I'll block tnt, fire and destructive things like that.... Thanks for the help.

    and what if you had /give and /time set before you had bukkit or any plugins?
