Ghost Mode Plugin

Hello, I need a plugin for "passive mode" for my server. Can someone make it please?

Features (Ghost Mode is On):
- Player become invincible;
- Player cannot hurt anyone, cannot break or place any blocks;
- Player cannot use any items in hand, open blocks inventories, open doors, push buttons, mount entities;
- Player cannot drop items or pick up items;
- 10 seconds cooldown on entering/exiting ghost mode;
- Player CAN chat, move around, use commands;

Commands:
- Toggle on/off;
- Toggle for player (only for ops);
- List of ghosts (only for ops);

If possible:
- Permission for use;
- Player become transparent or have some indication of Passive Mode being On.

 

I'll get this done within two hours.

As i know transparent is not possible, but the new glow effect + invisibility should look very cool.

 

Oh, by the way My server is on version 1.7.10. Plugin loaded up without any errors, but command /gm seems to be conflicting with gamemode command.

Also it would be cool to have permissions for ghost mode customisation: like gm.build, gm.invincible, gm.use and so on
