Generate Lake or River

    Hey guys,
    I was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction to generate a lake (or a river) in a Block Populator. No matter what I do, it always ends up super weird. Either too high off the ground, only a block of water, etc. Is there anybody who's done it before who's code I could look off of?
