Always wanted to throw disks around in your server as a weapon? Well: it looks like you've found the plugin to do it! This plugin allowes you to craft renamed, throwable disks that strikes lightning, explodes or throws your target into the air! Version 2.0 out now! Features With this plugin you are able to throw disks as a weapon. Just right click with a golden, green or white music disk in your hand and that disk will be thrown in the direction you're looking at. When it hits a block or an entity, these disks has special abilities: * a golden music disks, in the plugin renamed as an: "Explosive Throwingdisk", will explode. * a golden white disks, in the plugin renamed as a: "Lightning Throwingdisk", will strike lightning. * a golden green disks, in the plugin renamed as an: "Air Throwingdisk", will push your target in the direction you're looking at. other features: * you are able to craft all these disks, plus a black music disk that is a basic ingredient for throwing disks * a fully automatic renaming system of the disks: when you hold them in your hand, pick them up or spawn them by command the disk will be named somehting like: "Lightning Disk" and not: "music disk 8" * the crafting recipes and the abilities of the disks are configurable (only since v1.2) * there is a ranking system that allows you to have total control of the usage of this plugin for players (only since v2.0) Download Go to the BukkitDev download page! http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/throwdisks/ All the other info is on that page! Haha yeah, the idea is pretty much like the identity disks in Tron, isn't it ? And no, there are no special requirements. The plugin renames music disks with their NBTtag, it doesn't add a whole new item (for that, you need spout).
I am fully open to ideas from others, so what do you mean with a damaging disk? A disk that causes damage to the player it hits?
I'm currently working on Bukkit coding for a new Minecraft gamemode server network called MC-Tron. It will be just like Tron Legacy. Was wondering if you'd like to help me or possibly help with plugin development. I'll definitely be using some of the code as reference from ThrowDisks, but not all, since it's copyrighted Great plugin, too! Inspired me to do this.

I must say I like Tron Legacy (the storyline was crap but the music is brilliant and the visual effects/ animations are amazing (I'am also a huge blender fan (software, not the one in the kitchen))) I must say I appreciate it that you ask it so friendly: enough others only complained it was copyrigted
