Free 1.13.2 Anticheat

I know that there are many posts about this out there, and I have been looking around. But are there any 1.13.2 free anti cheats out there that aren't too strict? I am running a survival server and I've been trying to find an anti cheat plugin that stops fly, kill aura, spider etc. But most of them that I have tried just detect legit players. Any ideas on what AC to use?

I've tried the following:
Phoenix Anticheat (too strict)
WatchChat(causes an error with chests)
NoCheatPlus(outdated?
