[FOUNDED] Alternative for: Towny / Factions

Hey Guys,

I need something like Towny / Factions but not those.

Why not Towny?
There to many commands, I'm doing over 3 years things with bukkit but all this commands confusing me.

Why not Factions?
This give more the 'Fight' impression and i want something like Villages and stuff. People can create there own villages.
