Question Force player's to use Optifine.

    Hi, to start off I'm totally aware that Optifine is a client side mod and that is doesn't work on a server.
    But is it possible to force people to use Optifine on my Bukkit (Not Forge) server?
    I would wan't this so everyone can see the capes that Optifine has.
    I Googled a bit most I could find was people asking if installing Optifine on their servers would make the performance better, to be clear I'm not after that.
    I imaged something like a plugin that would refuse connection if Optifine is not installed if it is even possible to detect that.

    @philipsdirk Can't detect installed mods, so can't force them either.
