Food Preparation Contest (Mini Game)

Suggested name: Food Preparation Contest Plugin

What I want: I want a plugin that there are two players or teams, a kitchen to each player/team and a area with buyers(custom villagers). every player will be enabled to use only his kitchen. in every kitchen there will be ways to get ingredient (like meat) or things to pay with them to the ingredient seller (like wheat). NOTE: The map and kitchen will be created by the owner but please make a default map or an example map.

Ideas for commands: /setBuyer, /setIngredientsSeller, /kitchenarea [team/player number] [position 1/2], /foodmenu [get;additem;delitem;reset]...

Ideas for permissions: I don't know, you will need to think, sorry.

When I'd like it by: I don't care but please until July 1st.
