   Hello!
   
   Well I am looking for two more things for my new server.
   
   1)I am looking for either someone to code or find me the plugin that will make fireworks go off at the end of the hunger games match.
   
   2) I am looking for a message system that will broadcast over the server every 5 minutes saying something like "Welcome to Excel Gaming" so i don't have to type it.
   
   If i have no explained this in enough detail let me know.
